We are holding rooms at the Langham Hotel, Auckland.

The Langham Hotel (5 star)
$360 per night (Excluding Breakfast)
$35 per person/per breakfast

Simply fill in the applicable section on the online registration form to book your accommodation, including any additional nights you may require. Your accommodation booking will be included on your confirmation letter. 

Any incidental costs incurred during your stay such as mini-bar, movies, laundry, parking etc are to be settled when checking out of your accommodation.

Airport Transfers and Transport

Complimentary transfers will be provided from Auckland airport to the Langham Hotel at set times for flight arrivals on the morning of Wednesday 02 August. Complimentary transfers will also be operating back to the airport at set times from the Langham Hotel from midday on Friday 04 August. If arriving or departing outside of these times please make your own arrangements. 

Transport will be provided throughout the conference to and from the conference venues and evening functions. A full list of transfers will be included in the programme you will receive at the Forum.


We request that you make your own travel arrangements to Auckland, or if you would like our Conference Organiser, House of Travel Lakers, to prepare an airfare quotation to Auckland, simply fill out the applicable section on the on-line registration form. They will email you a proposed itinerary and costing. Payment will be required upon confirmation by credit card.

Conference Sessions

The RMBA Presidents Meeting & AGM - plus the all delegate Cocktail Function on the 2nd and the Constructive forum on the 3rd will be held at the Langham Hotel, Auckland.

Day Three Site Visits will depart from the Langham Hotel. For those staying on-site please ensure you check-out of your room at the Langham prior to the start of the site visits. The Hotel will store your luggage until departure that afternoon. 

Car Parking

The Langham Hotel Auckland offers valet parking at the entrance of the Hotel for $45 per day.

Alternatively the closest public car park is the Wilson Car Park located at the rear of the Hotel, off Liverpool Street for guest convenience. 

Dress Code

Smart casual dress will be the order of the day throughout the conference and business sessions.
Opening Cocktail Function – Wednesday 02 August – The Langham Hotel – Business Attire
Dinner – Thursday 03 August – Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron – Business Attire

Special Requirements

Any attendees with special requirements (for instance prescribed medical diets, disabled access and special facilities for babies etc) are asked to advise details on the registration form.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy

All amendments received after 30 June 2017 may incur a $50 per person amendment fee.

All cancellations received after 28 July 2017 may incur a $150 per person cancellation fee, plus any applicable supplier cancellation charges.

Privacy Act

Details given on your registration form will be included on a delegate list which will be included in the list of participants, and distributed to those attending conference, including sponsors.   If you DO NOT wish your contact details to appear on this list, please mark the appropriate box on the on-line registration form.
