Prominent sector leaders from major contractors, commercial and residential builders, property developers, engineering and architectural firms have been surveyed on what the most critical issues are affecting the sector. 
Is it the lack of skills, finance, land, infrastructure, regulation, lack of innovation, lack of certainty, risk or all of the above? 
Leaders will discuss these issues and give their views on how much confidence they have in New Zealand’s economy, whether the right policies are in place and importantly whether the sector is performing or indeed underperforming.
